Actually, the big issue with the SOS is why did Longoria and Berio not file anything since January of 2013? They would have received around 3 warning letters (according to the guy I spoke with at the SOS), yet they did nothing. They ONLY did something about it once it was revealed they had gotten suspended. They knew they were going to be suspended. They had plenty of warnings. Besides, they know they have to file every year. Still they did nothing.

Only when they got caught did they rush to get it done. What's wrong with this picture? Competent? Not even close. An ulterior reason for letting it go? Good chance. Question is, why did they let it go for so long? Let me guess - they just completely forgot about it. LOL. Excuses are like you know what -- everyone has one.
