Has this happened yet? I see no updates about the reverse merger. PR on this came out back in June and now it's October. There's also mention of Joseph Wade getting replaced with Lane Moser as CEO. Any news on that?

Seems like we're seeing revenue starting from 2014, but net income looks horrendous at -1.8M.

So this blast off people are referring to...on what basis are we being so sure something will happen? On the low float alone?
