There was NO oil in the area Treaty was drilling in Belize and Treaty knew that. The claims of oil were all lies. Treaty only sent down a wireline truck because the Department of Petroleum demanded it after the fake oil strike and claim of 6 million barrels. The wireline was also a requirement of the PSA and was supposed to be submitted BEFORE any claim of oil found. When Treaty finally got around to the wirleline like 5-6 months after the claim of an oil strike, the data received from Treaty was very likely insufficient has you can't do a proper exploration well wireline after the casing has been set in the hole. All the crap Treaty said about "areas of interest" was just more bullshit. The stuck packer thing was all total Treaty bullshit as well same as everything else Treaty says.

And what samples of oil did Treaty ever have????
