Longgg. I agree and disagree.

IP always has value. It is dependent on how far along it is developed ( which I stated) and market applications and readiness.

Back in the late 90s any idea was patented and people were getting a lot of money for their patented ideas ( not even developed). While I may have disagreed with ' valuation ' of some of those ideas , others did not and pushed around a lot of cash.

I think again you bring or combine in the value of the company, it's long term prospects and business plans etc. While they play a part of overall company valuation, I believe IP in itself has its own valuation outside of pps.

For instance BION 'could' license its patents to some third party or larger company and not raise a finger. There is value in that outside of a plant per year outputting 50MM.

The question was about the IP ( correct me if I am wrong) and what it's worth on its own.
