I assume that the bigger the settlement the bigger the legal fees. It would appear IMO that it is best for ADVISORSHARE to settle out of court. From a risk/reward point of view the biggest potential reward for FNDM shareholders is not reaching a mutual agreement but having the Judge make the decision and if in our favour, fees are paid by the defendant.The longer this goes with ongoing revenues building for Advisorshare,the bigger the potential payoff for FNDM. Hey! I think I want this case to proceed to trial
