Guys... I still have a problem so I did sell a while back.. Last SEC filing shows 915M shares and was dated Sept 23 2015.
The Nevada Sec of State filing of Sept 03, 2015 shows 2.5 billion shares. The same man files both docs.

I'm not wanting to argue outstanding vs allocated as I don't think moving allocated to live outstanding is nothing but an in house transaction.... The people that need to know find out so much after the fact there is no room to recover and may find out months later.

I believed John a long time but I don't have that warm and fuzzy feeling any more.. After selling I did not follow this at all for a month so I know I've missed much discussion.
Have you guys put your eyes on the SOS docs and seen this filing and discussed or appraised it for what it is?
