Two emails yesterday, I have since tripled my position, everything first class here. RXSF is a gem:

On the decrease in PPS Monday:

All it is shorters playing games and covering their positions. I expected this turbulence but once the dust settles and the split is effective there will be limited stock in the float and at that point it will become a supply and demand situation.

On the share structure change and my dilution question:

The authorized does remain the same. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on dilution or what the market makers are doing. We intend to first get capital through an equity line and then straight equity which is far less dilutive. It just made sense to leave the authorized the way it was so the Company doesn't need to ever file another 14c to increase the authorized.
