Another positive ongoing development for Mechel, and goes to show, regardless even of good earnings, and as I highly suspect, there is/are certain hedge funds/banks utilizing a shortselling HFT program upon this stock still and is exactly what Donald Trump and others want to go after (why he wants to tax their arsses heavy) as they are abusing and raping markets and corp stock out there; and just watching historical technicals on this stock anyone can see this is being collared- maybe SEC will look into this too as they are on other matters with countless shareholder complaints.
