The estimates are only for accounting purposes, it does not mean actual value.

Since I know the company and the fact that they changed their accountants and lawyers like changing socks, I don't take their reports seriously. They have been misrepresenting facts on all their latest reports.

When they have a real accounting firm doing their financials I'll start believing.
