Wonder if Paul Taylor knows anything about IVAY...

I heard about a very interesting event back in February, involving a local bar 35 min. south of Beverly Hills, a mysterious "stock promoter," and thousands of shares of IVAY being handed out to the other customers in the bar for FREE. All they had to do was provide the promoter with their name and SS#.

At that time, IVAY was trading in the mid $1.50s

Following this "distribution" of free shares, IVAY hit $0.20 just a few weeks later.

Frankly, it is one of the most bizarre stock stories I've ever heard. And it may be just that - a "story."

The bartender at this location, who claims to still have his free shares, says the cusip is 46130J104 , and they are registered out of West Coast Stock Transfer in Vancouver, BC.

Perhaps our NASD friends can look into this?

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
