My friend has talked to attorneys about this. If it has been misrepresented there could be a class action suit if there are enough victims. I think there is. Example: wasn't it supposed to be a internet security, then switched to cell phones, then media? Ect...... , that alone is misrepresentation, theft by deception? They can probably go after individuals involved in selling and misrepresenting, especially because they refused news, and that is a deliberate withholding of info., they can go after their property, accounts, ect....., , I would seriously like to know what they are going to come up with to prove what they used the money for,
