The other at the appropriate time will announce its fund raising desires. One problem with rs "raise money while you can" that is why Leo is not desperate to uplist funding is already in place. The other did a rs then uplist then fund raise/dilution with no fs. Whatever great news is about to come out is already largely baked into the share price. I like Leo's method better the only problem was that crazy hit piece.
