Lol. This is not news. Treaty left long ago. Treaty as usual creates a mess and does not clean up after itself. Treaty was so confident about the 600 million barrels of oil that they just left. Treaty chose not to fight for 600 million barrels of oil that they claimed to have discovered. They just left. Why? Because there was no 600 million barrels of oil. Treaty made up the story to pump the stock.
