In the biz Jack, let me give you a heads up, private money has been lending again for quite some time now. ALTA, HARD MONEY, BANK STATEMENTS, trust me F&F have nothing to do with this lending, this is the private money the Govt wanted to step in on the mortgage market. Guess what? It's not them making these loans, I've seen this before, but F&F are not the cause. The cause is an empty void for borrowers that can't go through F&F. Thoughts? Govt gonna get what they want another bubble, again not caused by F&F but these Sub-prime lenders popping up all around us again. Yeup, I'll send some links in other posts so it's clear that the same animal Govt let loose last time has re-amerged once again.
