This may be the missing piece to the Kent puzzle. It was unclear to me why KL would be so willing to "donate" his $ 2.4 million software product (plus residuals) to TDEY shareholders.

It's because Kent is super wealthy as a result of patent licensing. He's raking in so much money from this invention that he just gives money away!

I'm bringing my kids to Kent's house this Halloween. Something tells me he's going to be handing out $ 100 bills.
