Company seems to want this stock price to tank - they like it cheap then will find private equity company to take them private again...

since damages are unknown.... and VRNG keeps pushing out discovery deadlines it will be months before market has any idea what $$ is actually coming

... I think they want this to go back private then they can keep all the cash for themselves in a few years...

ask yourself what steps has the company done to protect shareholders?
what have they done but cause DELAYS and enrich themselves and then let Google case slip away ? if ZTE is tip of the iceberg why haven't they brought case against other infringers? i'm just looking at facts... and they dont stack up much on the side of shareholders that have paid these huge salaries for years and years with nothing to show...
