Energomash knows only one word of English!!!

Remember, I purposely asked them "when" they would announce to the public the JV instead of asking them "do you have" a JV, so as to force their hand away from a "yes" or a "no" answer.

Still, even after asking "when", I received the "No" answer.

So I'm not convinced....

To me, the "No" response may very well represent a "NO COMMENT" response.

A "No" just doesn't fit as an answer to a question beginning with a "when".

"When will you announce the JV...."

Answer: "No."

No??? No what???

I think they are trying to tell us "No Comment".
