Whenever new technology is introduced, many kinks and bugs need to be addressed during the first few months and even years of its launch. Billion dollar companies and long and tried businesses go through that and apple is prime example when it released IOS 9. Many people who updated went furious when the bug in the update rendered many phones especially the old ones useless until the next emergency update. Look at the date of those reviews. They were all of last year. By now, many updates have already fixed those concerns and on the content part-----> Ultraflix got the most content in 4k out there. Besides, many who are satisfied don't post reviews, too. And it's not only amazon website sells nuvola so they could have bought it from other retailers of direct from the company and posted their reviews at amazon. Besides, with all the fabrication of negative things about ntek like the "ntek building is up for lease" LIE, it doesn't surprise me that one with a motive against the company would buy a nuvola to get a verified purchaser status and post a begative review and return the product. Of course, not every customers will get satisfied and may post a review-->3/5 is actually not back for a company that small and pioneering the first 4k STB om the market.
