Aug 10th 8K filing, the intent letter was
signed on Aug 7th and gives them 75 days to
finish auditing financials to finalize the merger.
As I see it, this should be about Oct 21.

And by my count the PLKD 10-Q is due even sooner ~ 10/15, 45 days after EOY/EOQ!

Looking forward to the SUBSEQUENT EVENTS section as well as all the SG&A expenses for Q1. LOL!!!
