yea elliot i catch your meaning....none the less they are still sales people. The techie is the guy in the lab that invented it and got the patent's for them..him..uh them!! I consider all in management sale's people cause in one way or another that is what they are doing. And from what I have heard other's say at time's is that they were getting a sale's pitch from management and not getting their questions answered. That being said I was just stating a small opinion. I went to the dealership myself, three actually before I made the car buying decision....
