And the revealing part of that read is no matter what page 30 says, the reality is PTOI can't process scrap plastic and has never processed scrap plastic. The reality is PTOI hasn't processed any kind of plastic going on 3 years now!

I am not concerned what pages 1-10,000 say, I prefer reality. Reality is we are hovering around $0.06 of because what PTOI can and can not process...and they have way more can nots, than cans.
