I've been around for quite awhile, thank you. I'm quite familiar with the mining world and have been a mine owner/operator and investor since the early 80's. I recall the scams and startups that were a feature of the Vancouver exchange and know the difference between a come-on and the real thing.
What's happening here is a potentially rewarding property that has languished due to past reluctance of the owners to actually try to make a go of this based on the real merits of the claims.
I'm not going to making an argument on why this historically was chosen to be an "ATM" instead of a developed resource, but the history makes this fairly evident to anyone with a critical and objective mind.
