I totatly agree with that sediment - seems the shell market totaly dried up.

Here are what I think are a few reasons for that:

1. SEC clamped down on the "scammer pumpers" that used to run shells hundreds of %
2. I think the MJ shell explosen past 2 years killed all the other "legit" mergers - so it became a "bad" option to do reverse merger to raise funds.
3. All the "loosers" that used to buy shells high after mergers lost all their money......
4. No legit companies anymore doing mergers (seems they found other ways to get money - or they just not getting money period!)
5. Seems mm's much more flagrant with naked shorting non stop selling fake mm shares even on low floats. Cant move these low floaters any more with out mm's holding it down with unlimited shares - scandelous! This reason fustrates me the MOST! (2 shells I own like almost whole float and mm's keep selling like no shortage of shares it's insane! 1 shell I own like almost whole Oustanding!!!!!!!!!! - betting real heavy on that one.......)
