I'm pretty sure Ed stated they were going to fccus more on the App marketing as soon as they got the form 10 accepted and Africa fully set up. They have a ton of irons in the fire right now. They only have so many employees and cash flow is still an issue so this is where they are at.
They are about to hire a new VP of sales so I am sure that will accelerate some things
