Gray sheets, otherwise known as the graveyard. MM's usually dump them back and forth indicating some volume. Tax dumps create a sense of volume. those 2 cent shares are trading, MM's are either reorganizing, people dumping and bottom feeders buying, or it's simply noise caused by MM's passing em back and forth.
Regardless, somebody has to sell or exchange for volume to be there. "Nobodies selling"? here's my two cents on that idea: it would not be at .02 cents were that to be true.
Fundamentally, if those scam attorneys get paid off by Spencer and Cronies, what's left, was a BS pump and dump loser pod casting stink hole. If that reemerges, Spencer and cronies get their payday while screwing you over once again. And .02 cents will turn into a dream you wish you'd sold as it goes to .0001 and BK.
