IMO It needs great Q4 ER in february
Then once the dollar threshold is reached there is a lot of flipping
Then maybe in may with a great Q1 17 ER it could go anywhere up

Each of these three hurdles have to be taken.

So for now I just hope, but also see it as likely, for an already way improved Q3 ER and PPS higher than .5 and staying there or up to .9 by EOY.
