I fail to see how any of this impugns Judge Lamberth's ruling on the GSEs. I also fail to note where any of the text of these story links states Judge Royce Lamberth is an "idiot" as you clearly state. He has ruled on hundreds and hundreds of cases throughout his career as jurist. And I fail to see how any of this would be relevant to Judge Wheeler's decision in the AIG case that no damages were owed to shareholders. In fact, even his ruling of government impropriety in the AIG matter has been appealed.
