If one reads the filing, Magna Equity line has controls and a cap, etc...... thats why the share price has only fallen 3 cents since they began the draw.....
Try to find an alternative to TRTC , there is none. Investors that understand the business model will buy on dips, sell on spikes and hold free or discounted shares as time moves forward. TRTC is like a new born child, given love and care it will walk , run and be independent some day and will then care for you in return.
