I just read all of the posts from today and I have a lot of comments/opinions.

First off, I have experience in retail and everything posted on hempcore's twitter leads me to believe that they are telling the truth. Both parties must agree on numerous factors before a deal is signed, and this is a long process.

Once a verbal agreement occurs, a contact will be written by a representative of the retailer. This contract must be reviewed by the supplier, and typically the supplier will find issues with certain aspects of the contract. Both parties will have a meeting to discuss and find compromises on these topics. The contract will then be revised by the retailer, and the supplier will again review the contract.

IMO this is the process that has occured for LVGI. I believe that Sprouts (or whoever it may be) expressed interest, so they had the first CC. In this CC JF discussed and negotiated different topics, and they came to a verbal agreement.

In the second CC they most likely gave JF a contract to be reviewed. This week JF (with help from his attorney)looked over the conctract and found aspects of the contract that they wanted to discuss further.

This morning they discussed and revised the conctract. At this point JF and his team will overlook the contract to make sure that they find no issues. In the upcoming weeks JF may sign the contract, or raise further questions depending on his perception of the contract.

This is all speculation, but the information above is a common process. I do not think that this is another "we'll get them next week". I think that Hempcore is going through the process that all new products go through.

Next, I did some research into Sprouts, and I believe that they are a perfect retailer for Hempcore at this time. They are a relatively well known company that will help Hempcore get further distribution. They are also not too large. This will allow the kinks to be worked out before we get nation wide distribution, and allow us to get cash flow to fund inventory for larger suppliers.

This is all my oponions, so everyone remember to do your own DD. But I think LVGI is on the right track and great things are on the horizon!
