I was a fool for believing in Joe and I hope Noone get caught in this POS scam. Here is an email I got from his wife.
I am in receipt of your email dated April 8th, 2014.  I am informing you via this response, that I have no association or affiliation with the company I believe you are referencing, Extreme Bio Diesel, or any other ventures or entities that may be associated with that company.  My only connection was to the President, Joe Spadafore, who I have been separated and divorced from for many years.
Although I can appreciate your concerns,  I am advising you to contact  the following individuals for any future correspondence. In addition, Spadafore and Associates is a solely owned reality entity that I have 100 percent ownership of and is no way tied to, connected to or associated with Extreme Bio Diesel. It has no affiliation with any real estate ventures that Extreme Bio Diesel has advertised as one of their capitol ventures.
Again, I would appreciate that you refer all of your inquiries regarding your investments to the individuals who are affiliated with Extreme Bio Diesel and refrain from contacting me again.
