Robodog, thats nice; but it isn't the point. That DOT filing is requesting to retain their frequency that is the point. Other paragraphs provide support for the request EXCEPT the odd and unnecessary statement saying:
Do we need that to ask for a renewal of our frequency that we already retain.
What about #10 BLTA is in phase 3 of the FAA certification (and then lists items on the check list) and they say the second part oddly: and preparing for proving flights...more accurately they could have made a generic list from the check list of things in phase 3; but they take the time to say:
if they're making a generic list they'd say "and proving flights"
words and items they put into this mean something.
