Ah....OK then....

He just increased the A/S to TWO TRILLION which is "only 4 Billion" after the R/S.

So now he can issue the shares to cover the debt that could be as much as 84 Billion shares because they are now "only" 168M post split shares.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
