yes Robodog looks like you're correct; I don't know why the guru posters were acting like something was imminent and the board is being monitored and dangerously close to inside information or saying too much.

Is this the first time Baltia filed something like this or have they done this before.

Baltia is just determined to keep this pps down. Things they could have said and pps would have run up more, and now they look like they want the pps lower. I actually believe it is for something good.
