not so sure about that, think we are very close to 6b, but seems to me, you have an r/s, total ss should have to go thru, the r/s, why because, every ceo could make a ton of money from thin air, why not do a 10,000 to one r/s, and bring pps to a couple dollars, and have 4b share left in the a/s, and then sell them to the public, right?
