Of course: you are absolutely correct.

To hear people say that voting no to #1 is sending a message is comical at best. Yes that's it, I am sure we might hurt someone on the boards feelings, might really cause them to put forth that extra effort so shareholders feel better, lol. Maybe I can see them running home to their wives and sobbing about the fact that a majority of the shareholders voted no on them.

Maybe if every single vote, voted no that might send a message, but guess again, then they can vote for themselves and guess what only need 1 vote to remain on the board ( 1 vote are you kidding me).

Boy the board will be really scared if we send them a message regarding number 1.

Did I mention comical: And by the way I am a long, a very long long. I am a long who has never shorted this stock either, which I can't say for some of our most prestigious longs. However, I will admit I have been selling since about 1.40 and have reduced my position at least in half. And I still have a pretty decent position.

The problem is that some of the BOD's actually get paid in excess of what they are worth and we can do nothing about it by sending a message by voting no on #1.

Laughing is correct, all the way to the bank.

Everyone go ahead, send that message by voting no one #1, see how far that gets us, lol, lol, lol.

Sorry for the venting, but are you kidding me. I can only speak for myself, but I am disgruntled because I feel that as a shareholder I actually own part of this company, should be entitled to explanations of what our management is doing and why and lastly have the ability to have some say 9based upon my direct vote) on who makes the decisions about my money or equity ownership in my company: by the way here is a definition in case anyone needs to know

"One who owns shares of stock in a corporation or mutual fund. For corporations, along with the ownership comes a right declared to vote on certain company matters, including the board of directors. also called stockholder:"

The fact that our BOD retains their seat by 1 vote is a joke in my eyes, but hey maybe I am wrong. Maybe that is the norm in the most well respected Biotech companies.

Best of luck to all of us, in spite of my feelings about some of the board, I still believe we have the golden goose, question is 1)how long will it take to lay the golden eggs, and 2) has this board of directors caused some of the delay, which in turns currently affects my financial position. Recently from 1.40 to 1.00 as the immunotherapy world has exploded and while moving us to a fully enrolled phase III still baffled me.
