FlyBaltia747, I always read your posts; but, I don't feel like today is the day.

pps low for a reason (a good reason, imo)

They could have PR'd about FAA
They could have PR'd about recurrent flight training
They could have PR'd about three crews instead of two
They could have PR'd audited financial statements
They could have PR'd this 506 (c) schedule D filing

For some reason, Baltia wants the pps at this level and with more dilution it will go down some more, IMO...but will eventually sky rocket.
