Shell & ExxonMobil looking at PVA. Penn Virginia Corp. has put itself up for sale as it hopes a buyer will pay a premium for its oil-rich Eagle Ford shale acreage. $8.00 to $10.00 share would be sweet.
The major oil companies are looking at all the players.
