A: Welcome Prospective Shareholder! New Age Farm provides turnkey marijuana growing infrastructure to licensed marijuana growers in both the United States and Canada. Our solution provides the license holders with a low cost option to the intensive startup costs as dictated by state, provincial and federal governments.

We currently have 2 growing campuses, one in the US and one in Canada. As with you, many investors are not aware of the full capabilities of New Age Farm and our innovative growing infrastructure and services. We definitely intend on getting the word out to as many individual investors as we can, through press releases, Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms. We also encourage investors and potential investors to explore our website for some very pertinent background information.

It is our long term goal to build this company into a REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) which will eventually trade like a mutual fund.
