I admit the story is pretty shaky,...him not being able to get an account and all....

However, having said that MAA a large REIT that I've been in for years, had a CEO that used to occasionally post on yahoo to answer questions.

He stopped doing it after the SEC passed S-OX.

So it's not unheard of.

I'm still sleeping w/ 1 eye open though.
