BLUU is a Toxic Lender pyramid scheme orchestrated by penny stock mastermind Scott "JAWS of DEATH" Sitra..

Just kept paying off previous toxic lenders with even more toxic financing.

In the end the Ponzi scheme ended when Sitra could not find any toxic lenders that would continue the toxic lender pyramid scheme.

In the end the Ponzi scheme colapses leaving common shareholders with worthless diluted shares
