I voted NO on #3 and I do not believe that NO vote designates me as a shareholder who does not have PPHM's back. They want to increase the AS to ONE HALF BILLION shares! That is the difference between the last increase and this increase for starters. I will mea culpa if I missed the part where they stated they NEED 175 million more shares. Sometimes my eyes glaze over at the posts from PPHM. Where was the PR about Avid expansion going full bore(I THOUGHT it was supposed to be Summertime?) PPHM has had more than their share of passes...600K for a SETTLEMENT?! Every opinion counts and just because someone claims we're saboteurs of our own investments by voting NO does NOT make it so. Please. PR
