Someone posted a screenshot of their platform showing outstanding shares of 472 million. If they were capped at 100 million on their sells, then the original 359 million outstanding would have been exceeded there including the 100 million to 459 million, by 13 million.

Perhaps 13 million got sold above $.10 cents and they've all sold their 100 million limitations below $.10...

Truth be told I was looking for a good mover, and every time I run into a stock like this as a hobbyist investor, it just discourages me. It isn't clear to me just it ends, and most financial engineering such as warrants are beyond me. It takes an expert to break down the actually numbers.
