All along one of the big problems with this stock has been the naked shorting or "failure to deliver" . Now that they hired a Wall Street firm who specializes in watching out for such activities , we are clear for a lot more upward movement . That coupled with all of the other events that are all coming together at this time will insure success . PMCB hired this firm just at the most perfect time as all of pieces of the puzzle fall into place !
