No. The price won't move. Dilutors have several hundred million shares that they sell into any buying pressure. As soon as anyone puts in a bid at .0001, their order gets filled.

The price won't move until the shares run dry or the Dilutors back off the bid.

The price only goes up if nobody is selling at this price.
