I wouldn't kinda sorta agree. Real traders understand risk and capital management yes. Citing forex traders is like saying Iraqi Dinar buyers can trade currency. Penny dreamers are extremely susceptible to being conned because they don't know any better and often believe they are going to be insta millionaires.
