Legal battle against Zipmark. Seems like MYEC is getting better:

Zipmark was here in N. Cal from NY today for a hearing on 3 Motions, here's what happened:
On Zipmark's Motion to Dismiss Contract Claim: Denied (we won the motion).
On Zipmark's Motion of Stay of Proceedings: Denied (we won again).
On Zipmak's Motion to Find Patent Invalid: Denied (we won this one too)
This was a big win for MyECheck, and although it doesn't end the litigation, it puts us in a much stronger position and leaves them with fewer options
