I mentioned it because it seems GL seems to think the syngas or 'exhaust' is just blow outside from just the first process. I quickly looked up the Sierra club's stance on gasification and for obvious reasons it would not be well received to just burn it for energy etc. There is no mention of taking the syngas and converting to fertilizer. There are mentions of burning / using it as fuel. But I'm wondering if GL understands the syngas is used to create the solid fertilizer. Like any industry, the intermediaries, should they escape , are dangerous and pollutants but the entire process from biomass to urea fertilizer is fairly safe and clean.
The syngas can be replaced with natural gas which is why the latest patent is interesting.
Meh. Next month should be interesting.
