troyal, the FAA Easter Michigan gave us a pass for the mini and recommended to DC to give us the go ahead.

I can't stand the thought of Baltia being the Maytag man awaiting a phone call from the FAA. FAA is taking way too long on this decision and should have already given a verdict.

I believe Baltia will not give up and I also believe these mini's have given them sooooo much trouble that they want a buy out or a merger.

If I wanted to keep the stock price low for somebody buying shares to lower the float, I wouldn't release PRs to increase the pps; because I'd want as much of my float and outstanding shares retired to get a good premium on the current pps and the valuable intangibles Baltia has.. $5.00 per share is my guess... unlesss it's a stock for stock transaction and we wake up as one of the bigger airlines with flying planes.

CEO and other directors will not accept a measly .05 buy offer..it's absurd...remember they have shares too.
