I think we're entering earnings season and if biotechs show some good earnings, they'll pull IBB up, which'll pull TTPH up with it.
Otherwise, TTPH needs to issue it's "path going forward" before breaking away from IBB again.
Amazingly, IBB has lost near 25% of it's overall 'value' in just the last 2-3 months. That'd be like the DOW trading at 13,800 right now, after hitting 18,300. Way oversold conditions in many biotechs, much of it because of BIIB (refer to previous post/link). Check out their chart. They've lost a good bit more than 25% since July.
