MRIB filed a Form 15 two years ago - they no longer report to the SEC. Thereafter any submissions to OTCM were optional. So, with a default status to the SOS and no obligation to submit A/S's or anything else to OTCM the stock is completely dark.

Everyone is aware of the fact they've not reported their annual and even if they do so, it cannot be vetted for accuracy. In addition, there are no MRIB updates, no operational website, and they have vacated their place of claimed business.

Being ignorant is not so much a
shame, as being unwilling to learn.
